SANTRUST Executive Leadership Programme

This programme is offered at the NQF level 10 (Doctoral) and is designed as a 2 module residential programme, with one-on-one interventions between the modules and at the conclusion of the programme.

The programme is certifi ed and is endorsed by an internationally recognized university. The programme is designed for Senior Executives in higher education. The residential modules offer a platform and opportunity for debate, discussion and knowledge and skills transfer.

The course contents include the following themes:

• Dealing with the challenges of transformation in higher education in South Africa
• The development of an integrated, comprehensive organizational plan that links development activities with the actual tasks and responsibilities of the job
• The types of leadership that enhances a culture of cohesiveness and that address and resolve critical issues collaboratively.
• Dealing with trust and confl ict on multicultural campuses
• Understanding the fi scal challenges in the public and private sectors, combined with the entrepreneurial spirit to encourage and prioritize new ideas; etc

The course facilitators for the various modules and individual interventions are leading experts from the specifi c internationally recognised universities in the US and the UK. The programme is certifi ed by the international partner institution and SANTRUST. All participants receive a certifi cate upon successful completion.
